The short answer
Stripe says that if a payout was sent less than 5 business days ago, the bank may still be processing it. If more than 5 business days have passed, contact your bank with the payout details; if the bank cannot locate it, contact Stripe Support.
If this is your first Stripe payout
Stripe says the first payout usually has a waiting period of about 7–14 days after your first successful payment, with timing varying by country and risk profile. That initial waiting period generally cannot be bypassed by changing the payout schedule or payout method.
Check the Dashboard
Look at the estimated payout date in Balances.
Check verification
Look for requests for identity or business information.
Wait for the first cycle
New-account timing is intentionally slower than later payouts.
If your payout date keeps moving
Stripe says a payout date that moves forward is commonly connected to verification requirements. Check both the Dashboard and the email address tied to the account for requests for additional information.
If Stripe says the payout was sent or paid
If fewer than 5 business days have passed, Stripe says the payout may still be moving through your bank. Weekends and holidays can add time. If more than 5 business days have passed, contact the bank with the exact amount, expected date, account details, and Stripe as the payor.

What if the bank account was changed?
If the payout was already in transit when you changed bank details, Stripe says that payout continues to the old bank account. If an account is closed or details are incorrect, the payout may be returned, which can take several business days.
